We collect your email address when you register, conversation content during practice sessions, drive scores and performance analytics, and general usage patterns such as session frequency and feature usage.

How We Use Your Data

Your data powers your experience and improves the platform.
Your data is used to provide and improve the service. Anonymized conversation patterns feed our data flywheel to improve AI persona realism and axiom accuracy. Your personal analytics power your dashboard and progress tracking. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the overall system.

Third-Party Services

External services we integrate with.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment information directly and is subject to their own privacy policy. LLM providers process conversation text to generate AI responses. Error tracking via Honeybadger may include technical metadata. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.

Data Retention

How long we keep your data.
Active accounts: your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts: personal data is removed within 30 days of account deletion. Anonymized data used for system improvement may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to you.

You control your data.

We use session cookies that are required for the service to function, including authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

MatchPoint is for adults only.
MatchPoint is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
